The Classic Fumet
The tradition of the best classic fumet. Intense and refined flavour, this unsalted and lightly thickened product,° can be used as it is in its granular form by adding it directly during cooking or as a sauce base dissolved in hot water, also for preparing accompaniment dips and sauces. Its versatility and its rounded flavour help enhance fish and shellfish and enrich cooking stocks, sauces, risottos, soups and all fish-based dishes.
How to use
Dissolved in hot water (1 minute simmering)°makes a fish fumet cooking base that can°be used for making creative sauces°for pasta or to enrich the°flavour and taste of cooking stocks, sauces,°risottos, soups, and fish-based first and second course dishes. It can also be used in its granular form, adding it straight to foods to enrich the flavours.
Potato maltodextrin, fish and shellfish dehydrated (cod, prawns, oily fish ) (15%), partially hydrogenated palm oil, flavour enhancer: monosodium glutamate. Salt, natural flavourings, dehydrated vegetables (onion, parsley), thickener: xanthan gum. Spices, antioxidant: rosemary extract.
