Real flavours from the vegetable garden
Thin vegetable stock, just like home-made stock. Made with top choice vegetable juice concentrates and extra virgin olive oil, it has a delicate taste, fragrant flavour, soft tones which make it ideal for vegetable based dishes, soups, creams, risottos, main courses and side dishes.
How to use
For stock: dissolve 20/22g of granulated bouillon (about 2 small spoonfuls) in one litre of boiling water and leave to simmer for a few minutes.
For seasoning: use instead of salt, sprinkling it directly onto food before or during cooking.
Salt, flavour enhancer: monosodium glutamate. Vegetables and dehydrated vegetable juices (onion, carrot, celery) (10%), potato starch, extra virgin olive oil (3%), yeast extract, natural vegetable flavourings, antioxidant: rosemary extract.
