A bouillon based on high quality white fish, with a rich and balanced flavour typical of a home-made fish stock. Tasty and aromatic, particularly well suited to the preparation and appreciation of fish stocks, thin soups and creamed soups, risottos, marinades and sauces. Excellent for fish-based main course dishes and side dishes.
How to use
For stock: dissolve 20/22g of granulated bouillon (about 2 spoonfuls) in one litre of boiling water and leave to simmer for a few minutes.
For seasoning: use instead of salt, sprinkling it directly onto food before or during cooking.
Salt, flavour enhancers: monosodium glutamate, disodium inosinate, ,disodium guanylate. Fish dehydrated.(cod, white fish) (13%), yeast extract, palm oil, potato maltodextrin, onion, pepper, antioxidant: rosemary extract.
