An intense flavour typical of a good home-made meat stock. An easy and convenient to use product, with a character and flavour, and superior quality of ingredients which lend it to a wide range of uses. Perfect for making an excellent stock and for adding a special hint of additional flavour to dishes prepared by the chef in the kitchen. Ideal as a flavour enhancer to intensify the taste of any dish, including soups and broths, risottos, gravies and sauces, all kinds of meat and side dishes. It can be added directly onto food as seasoning in place of salt, before or during cooking.

How to use

For stock: dissolve 20/22g of granulated bouillon (about 2 spoonfuls) in one litre of boiling water and leave to simmer for a few minutes.

Salt, flavour enhancers: monosodium glutamate, disodium guanylate, disodium inosinate. Potato maltodextrin, beef extract (8%), palm oil, sugar, yeast extract, dehydrated vegetables (onion, carrot, celery), flavourings (contain soya), spices, saffron, antioxidant: rosemary extract.
